I weave the threads according to my desires and my imagination. In abstract or figurative woof and weft, in flat or hanging sculptures made with threads, I play with materials and colours, with light, with transparency, with full and empty spaces.

I use a contemporary approach to show that the art of lace-making, a tradition deeply rooted in Europe, continues to evolve. Through presenting it in unusual or familiar places, my works come to life.
